Résumé: The abbreviated expression Χ συντ( ) εἰς Υ should be supplied as Χ σὺν τ(αῖς) Υ. Ταῖς
refers to ἀρτάβαις or δραχμαῖς, depending on the nature of the taxes. The expression
should be translated as: "(the drachmas / artabas charged on) X together with the
(drachmas / artabas) charged on Y".
