Ἑρμαῖος καὶ Χεσφῖβις
μισθωσάμενοι τὰ
5πρότερον Ἀ[ρ]ητίωνος ἐδάφη
μετεμίσθωσαν Ψενα-
μούνει ὃς λέγεται
περιίστασθαι.
συνλάβεσθε(*) οὖν τοῖς
10περὶ τὸν Ἑρμαῖον
ἕως κατεγγυήση-
ται(*) αὐτῷ̣ τὸν πάτον,

1  Heliodorus to Dionysis and Apollonius, greetings. Hermaeus and Chesphibis, who leased the fields formerly owned by Aretion, sublet to Psenamunis, who is said to be avoiding (them). So collaborate with Hermaeus and his people, until you (?) take as security his threshing floor (?), which Julius the guard must also keep an eye on. Farewell.
