Note (general) | Ostracon, fragment (two pieces joined) of the body of a red-brown pottery vessel, the fabric is partially grey in section, the interior is covered with traces of a dark-brown resinous deposit, the exterior is grooved in a number of places, covered with a red-brown slip and remains of sixteen lines of Coptic text written in black ink, containing part of a letter. |
