| Summary | Record of a legal dispute brought by the daughter of a deceased Roman soldier, Amatius Priscus, against her aunt. According to this document, the will was made in the twelfth year of the deified emperor Hadrian (117-138) and stated that the deceased's estate was to be divided equally between the two women. Rufus, the representative of one of the women, asks the council hearing the matter to appoint an arbiter. |

| Condition | The papyrus is a short roll. Twenty letters are missing from the beginning of the first column. The condition of the innermost edge makes it probable that the third column of the fragment was the last one of the complete roll, a suggestion corroborated by the contents of that column, where a decision is evidently being reached.
