Condition Light brown papyrus discolored by a large dark stain on the right and bottom parts. The original cutting lines have been preserved on all four sides. One large part is broken off in the middle right side and in some other places fibers have broken off causing small lacunae in the middle of the papyrus. Written with a thin pen in black ink perpendicular to the fibers on Recto, parallel to the fibers on Verso.

Hands There are some diacritical dots. Q��f is written with a dot over the letter (l. 11 qad����; l. 16 taqsimu). The bottom part of the papyrus is left blank.
