Condition | This papyrus of bad quality is very mutilated and it has many lacunae. No margins are survived. There is a Kollesis at the left hand side. The papyrus is damaged at the right side as a result of a vertical fold that can be seen at the upper part. |

Hands | Written along the fibers in medium-sized practiced hand with a fairly thick pen with ligatures and abbreviations. A horizontal stroke has been added to separate the new entry from the previous one. The text on verso, which written in the same hand of verso, is almost abraded and few letters only are survived at the lower part to the left. |
