Condition | Light thin brown papyrus of good quality; badly mutilated; broken off at left into two pieces as a result of a horizontal fold; the papyrus was generally folded three times horizontally and three vertically. There is a dark blot, probably mud, at the bottom; the text is partly preserved. It has the top and right margins. |

Hands | Written in two hands with two different pens along the fibers. First hand is of medium sized cursive with ligatures and used a thick nib with light brown ink; the hand is practiced and careful. Second hand is of small sized cursive and linking letters; it used a very thin nib with black ink; the hand is fast and neat. It is characterized by forming the mu in one or two loops; very long rho, sometimes invades the interlinear space, with small loop at the peak and ends with a hook; the epsilon is shaped by two separate rounded strokes. Verso is blank |
