Condition One large and two small fragments belonging to one middle brown papyrus. The original cutting lines are preserved at the top and left sides of the large fragment and on the bottom and left sides of the two small ones. There are some smaller holes in the large fragment and some papyrus fibers have disappeared.

Hands Written with a thin pen in black ink perpendicular to the fibers on Recto, parallel to the fibers on Verso. There are some diacritical dots.
