4 Und es sind Didymos, Sohn des Sarapio[n], des Sohnes des Sûchas, und der Mutter Helenê, kopfsteuerpflichtiger [⁦ -ca.?- ⁩], 21 Jahre (alt), 6 und (ich melde auch) dessen Ehefrau Thermûtharion, die seine vom gleichen Vater und der gleichen Mutter abstammende Schwester ist, [x] Jahre (alt), 9 und die gemeinsamen Kinder Klaudi[os], geboren im gegenwärtigen [Jahr] und [⁦ -ca.?- ⁩]. Hiermit [reiche ich (die Meldung) ein].
