    According to the edition the quoted direct speech continues with the words [τ]ῶν μὲν and end with ἀπολούμεθα· in line 12. For some reason this could not be encoded.

    Before ἄγαν Turner (apud Parsons) conjectures a lacuna due to "saut du même au même"; Parsons suggests exempli gratia ⟨οἱ δὲ δύσκολοι…ἀγνωμόνως ἔχουσιν⟩ ἄγαν κτλ.
