[... I have submitted for registration in the past, 13th year of Antoninus Caesar] our Lord, in the village of Talao [of the lower toparchy (?) ...] 13 sheep, 1 goat, 5  of which, in the same past year, after the registration and counting, 4 sheep have perished, remaining are 9 sheep, 1 goat,
12  which I submit for registration in the present 14th year of Antoninus Caesar our Lord, and, following the birth, 1 lamb, which will graze in the neighborhood of the same village and through the entire nome, the shepherd being [...].
22  And I swear by the Emperor, Caesar Titus Aelius Hadrianus Antoninus Augustus Pius, that I have not lied.
