APIS Translation (English)

Artemidoros to Zenon, greetings. There have been measured out to me from Demetrios and Demostratos 3190 artabs of wheat and from Amyntas and Theudoros 210 artabs--I have paid the transport charges for the entire lading because (Amynthas and Theudoros) did not tell me on board that what belongs to them is included in the total amount--and 872 1/2 artabs of barley. Good-by . Year 28, Dystros 23. [Verso:] Artemidoros concerning the grain, that it has been measured out from Demostratos and Demetrios. To Zenon. Year 29, Xandikos 2.
