1 Read year 23, Pachon 14. (in a second hand) To Aspheus, potamophylax. Leonidas, nauklêros of Kastor’s boat, and Maron, …, epiplous on it, submitted to us a report: on the [ --- ] of Pharmouthi, around the [ --- ] hour, while the ship was at anchor in the harbor of Ankyron Polis, certain individuals set upon the aforementioned ship… and left with… the value of which is 24 (?) talents of bronze… and they burned (?)… a total of 30 talents. …the return of the stolen goods; but as this has not happened up to the present time, the ship is still at anchor, with the sailors claiming that they are unable to sail down (?) from Ankyron Polis… stolen… again… to take care….
