APIS Translation (English)

Year 33 of Lucius Aelius Aurelius Commodus Augustus, Thoth 7 for the account of Mesore. Kronion, son of Eutyches the son of Eutyches, and of Thaub(--), has paid for the poll tax of the thirty-second year in the district of Tamieion twenty drachmai, that is 20, with additional payments of ten bronze obols.
