APIS Translation (English)
(Recto);;Antipatros to Zenon greeting. I spoke to Chairon about the Chian wine, and for some time he said that he would search for it, but at last he replied that he could not find it; but he said that he would find some sweet Egyptian wine or else requested us to accept the price in money. With regard to the price then I dissented, but with regard to the Egyptian jar of wine write to me if we are to accept it. Farewell.;;(Verso);;To Zenon.
