APIS Translation (English)
I, Harmiysis, son of Mieus, my mother being Thasos, and my son, Mieus, his mother being Sthoutouetis, acknowledge that we have sold in accordance with the Egyptian contracts to Horos, son of Harmiysis, his mother being Thermouthis, the half share that bleongs to Harmiysis the father, on the north side of a two-story house and a courtyard, formerly called that of Kyrtos, all common and undivided, and of all the appurtenances in Tebtynis. The neighbors of the whole house and court are on the south the house of Ischyrion, son of Sarapion, on the north the house and court of Mieus, son of Pallaous, on the west the court of Phasos, also called Hatres, son of Pallaous, and of Patynis, son of Patynis, also called . . ., on the east the royal road. And we have received from Horos the entire price agreed upon, in full, from hand to hand, out of the [house], and we guarantee the sale with every guarantee from all public and [private] debts.
