(Col. I);;I, Psenkebkis, son of Pakebkis, acknowledge that I have sold to Didymos, son of Lysimachos, the three shares that belong to me of the four shares of the old house which is inherited from my father, and is subject to purchase, and of the courtyard, and the court in which there is also a building of masonry construction, in Tebtynis, common and undivided. The neighbors of all this property are on the south the lots of the sons of Sekonopis, son of Apalous, and in part the temple of Hermouthis, on the north the lots of the sons of Lysimachos, son of Didymos, and in part those of Marepsemis, son of Paopis, and in part our entrance and exit,on the west the royal road, on the east the courtyard of Sigeris, son of Paopis, and in part the [. . .] of Mares, son of Marepsemis. And I have received from Didymos the entire price, in full, at once, from hand to hand, out of the house, and I guarantee it from all public debts and every [impost], and from private encumbrances.
