APIS Translation (English)

The 2nd year of the Emperor Caesar Titus Aelius Hadrianus Antoninus Augustus Pius, the month of Mesore, 23. We, Maron and associates, sitologi of Ptolemais Nea, have received from the produce of the same year, for revenue land exploited through the cultivators of Karanis, from Horion and Zosimos, both sons of Teberis, seventy-six and seven-eighth artabai of wheat, equal 76 7/8 artabai of wheat; likewise, for domain land, two and one-half artabai of wheat; and at the beginning of Thoth, for domain land of Kerkesoucha exploited through the cultivators of Karanis, four and seven-twelfths artabai of wheat, equal 4 7/12 artabai of wheat.
