Ὀννόφρι εἰς ἔτη δύο ἀπὸ τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος

15κυρίου τὴν ὑπάρχουσαν αὐτῇ περὶ Πτολ-
εμαίδα Νέαν κλήρου ἄ[ρουρ]α̣ν̣ μίαν ἥμισυ εἰς
[σ]π[ορ]ὰ̣ν ὧν ἐὰν αἱρῆται καὶ ἀπέχειν [τὴ]ν Θερμοῦ-
θε[ι]ν παρὰ τοῦ Ὀννώφριος ἐκ προδόματος τὴν
τῶν ἐκφορίων τῆς διετίας τιμὴν ἀργυ[ρί]ου

APIS Translation (English)
(9 lines too damaged to be translated);. . . to Onnophris, son of Pnepheros, about thirty . . . years old, with a scar on the . . . finger of his left hand, that she has leased to him, Onnophris, for two years from the present thirteenth year of Hadrian Caesar the lord, the one and a half arourai of an allotment near Ptolemais Nea that belong to her, for planting with whatever he wishes; and that she, Thermouthis, has received from Onnophris in advance the amount of the rent for the two-years period, one hundred and forty drachmai of silver, from hand to hand out of the house; she, Thermouthis, guarantees (it) against public debts and every impost. Signatory, her guardian.;(2nd hand) I, Therlouthis (sic), daughter of Pasoknopaios, acting with my guardian, Artenas, son of Herakleides, have leased to Onnopris (sic) one and a half arourai of an allotment near Ptolemais Nea, and I have received the price of one hundred and forty drachnai (sic), the public charges devolving upon me as aforesaid. I, Artenas, have written also for her because she is illiterate.;(3rd hand) Onnophris, son of Pnepheros. The lease was made to me. Heron, son of Satyros, wrote for him because he is illiterate.;(4th hand) Registered through the grapheion in Karanis.
