καὶ Πετερμουθίωνι τοῖ̣(ς) δυσὶ Ἀσκληπ(ιάδου) χα̣(ίρειν). ἀπέχω
παρʼ ὑμῶν τὰς ἐπεσταλμένας μοι δοθῆναι
5διὰ χρηματισμοῦ Εὐημέρου καὶ Φιλοξένου γενή(ματος)
πρώτου ἔτους Τιβερίου Καίσαρος Σεβαστοῦ
χόρτου διμνώου δέσμας χιλίας ἐν Εὐημερί[ᾳ]

1  ‘Anchorimphis son of Heraclides, superintendent of the private donkeys of Apollonius son of Alexander, transport-master, to Aphrodisius and Petermouthion, both sons of Asclepiades, greeting. I have received from you the 1,000 bundles of … hay from the produce of the 1st year of Tiberius Caesar Augustus ordered to be delivered to me through the notification of Euhemerus and Philoxenus in Euhemeria in the month Mesore of the and year, total 1,000 bundles of hay. The 2nd year of Tiberius Caesar Augustus, Mesore 13. Maron secretary of the herdsmen of Euhemeria wrote for him, as he is illiterate.’
