Probably we may expect that the standard διευτύχει finished the petition. There may also have been a date. Both of these are lost because of the lacuna. (A. Martin, CdE 91, 2016, S. 217 (Papyrologica 19))

APIS Translation (English)
To Andromachos, strategos of the division of Polemon of the Arsinoite nome, from Akous son of Herakleos of the village of Tebtunis. On the first day of the present month Thoth Orsenouphis and Poueris, both sons of Mieus, and Theon and Sarapas, both sons of Chairas, and Poueris son of Ptollion and Maron son of Orseus and Osautos son of Protas made a bold attack upon my house in the village at the gateway, and when I was parleying with them belabored me with blows on every limb of my body and carried off a white tunic and robe, a cloak, a white , a pair of scissors, some beer, a quantity of salt (?) and other things which at present I do not know; I have called in the archephodos of the village and Herakles son of Herakleides. I beg that the culprits be brought before you.
