APIS Translation (English)

The eighteenth year of Imperator Caesar Titus Aelius Hadrianus Antoninus Pius, Phamenoth 29th. Tephorsais daughter of [-]ouphis, Heraklas son of [-]sis, Orsenouphis son of [-]ais and Tephorsais daughter of Orseus, all four from Tebtunis, have paid into the bank at Ptolemais Euergetis in the account of (Tiberius?) Proclus, nomarch, through Demetrios and Sarapion, collectors of the sales-tax, for the 4th share of a house and courtyard in the village Tebtunis, bought from Hermes and Taorsenouphis, both children of Heron, at a price of 2 talents 400 drachmas, one hundred sixty drachmas, total 160 dr. (2nd hand) I, Sarapion, have signed (for the receipt of) the 160 silver drachmas.
