To Apollonios, epimeletes. [ � I have received a complaint from N.N.] the contractor for the distribution of � at the said village for the 28th year, in which he states that on Hathur 16 Mestasutmis his stepson, when visiting the receptacles at the village on account of the � near them with Eudaimon the guard, found that a certain Demetrios from the Herakleopolite nome had stolen two cloaks and a tunic, which he forcibly carried off with him in the presence of Diophantos the agent of Orsenouphis and Apollonios, guard.
