1  Pasis to Thraseas, greetings. You are not unaware that … you earlier, and you sent me to Nikandros to make an examination of the house. 6  But though I went to Nikandros and addressed him, he said that he would not make an examination, unless you bring me a letter from Thraseas first. 11  You will do well, then, if it seems right to you, to write for me the letter to Nikandros. ...
