5στρατηλ(ά)τ(ης) ζητηθῆναι αὐτόν, ἀνάγκη πάντως
αὐτὸν εὑρεθῆναι, οὔτε γὰρ ἀφῶ τινα ἔξωθεν
τῆς κώμης αὐτοῦ εἶναι, μάλιστα ἄνθρωπον

The plate reproduces lines 3ff., and a part of lin2 appears in brackets. Given the
presence of a name at the beginning of lin2, I thought it would be worth completing
the line (I would add ‘om.’ or the like after |ed|, but this practice seems to be
discouraged). One could add a transcription of lin1, but little consecutive sense
emerges. I have renumbered the lines. Corrected accent in lin5 (αὐτὸν => αὐτόν). The
text needs to be repunctuated, but I leave this for now.
