. . . a house which I declare for the house-by-house census of the past 9th year of Antoninus Caesar the lord, for which I submit the declaration. (2nd hand) I, Didyme also called Niliaine, have submitted it as aforesaid. (3rd hand) I, Nemeas, as guardian, have approved(?) the declaration as aforesaid. (4th hand) 10th year of Antoninus Caesar the lord, Epeiph 25.
