Σαραπίωνι τῶν διαδόχων καὶ ὑποδιοικητῆι
παρὰ Θαῆτος καὶ Θαοῦτος διδυμῶν τῶν λειτουρ-
γουσῶν ἐν τῶι πρὸς Μέμφιν(*) μεγάλωι Σαραπιείωι.
καὶ πρότερον μὲν ἐπεδώκα(hand 2) μέν σοι ὑπό-
5μνημα ὑπὲρ τοῦ <μὴ> εἰληφέναι παρὰ τῶ[ν]
[ἱ]ερων(*) τὴν καθήκουσ[αν ἡ]μῖν δίδοσθαι
κατʼ ἐνιαυτ[ὸ]ν εἰς τὰ δέοντα ὄλυραν,
ἀφʼ οὗ καὶ ἔγραψας Μεννίδει τῶι ἐπι-
μελητῆι ἀποδοῦναι ἡμῖν. τούτου δὲ
10ἐπιστείλαντος Ψινθαῆι τῶι ἐπιστά-
τηι τῶν ἱερῶν οὐδένα λόγον ποιεῖται,
ἡμεῖς δʼ ἐν τῶι μετ[α]ξὺ διαλυόμεναι
ἐν τῶι λιμῶι
