Διδύμωι ἔκ τε τοῦ μεμισθωμένου καὶ ἐκ [τῶν ὑπαρχ]όντω(ν)

κυπηρολογήσειν καὶ παραδοῦναι τῶι Διδύμωι τὴν

1  … for abandoning his farming (he must pay) a penalty of two hundred silver drachmas, in addition to the foregoing ones, as well as an equal amount to the state. Didymos shall have the right of execution against the lessee and all of his property. 5  The lessor shall be obliged to collect the galingale and deliver the land free of galingale to Didymos.
