5πρὸ μὲν πάντων εὔχομε
6τῷ παντοκράτωρι θεῷ περ[ὶ]
7τῆς ὑγίας σου. καθὼς ἐδήλω-
8σάς μοι περὶ τῶν λιναρίω[ν]
9εὕραμεν δεκαπέντε λ̣ί̣[τρ-]
10α̣ς̣ ἐπὶ παρουσίᾳ ....ατρ.[ς]
11μου Σαραπίωνος κ...
12ταθι. δήλωσον ἵνα λάβ[ω]
13τὰ περισκ[ε]λίδια ἵνα φο-
14ρέσω αὐτὰ τῇ εἱωρτῇ ἐ[π]ι-
15δὴ τὰ ἐμὰ ἐκλάσθη. οὔ-
16κ ἰμι ἀξία τῶν πλακουν-
