ἐκτίσω(*) τὰ βλάβη καὶ δαπανήματα καὶ ἐπίτιμα ἀργυρίου
δραχμὰς φεντακοσίας(*) καὶ εἰ(*) τὸ δημοσιν(*) τὰς ἴσας, καὶ μηδὲν [ἧ-]

And if I do not do as aforesaid, I will pay the damages and costs and a fine of five hundred drachmai of silver and to the public treasury the same, and this note shall be nonetheless valid wherever produced; and the cession of the three arourai which you made to me, Heron, alone, shall remain valid and legal for me.
