[Year x]Lucius Septimius Severus [;[2nd Year] [[C. Pescenius N[iger ius Iustus]] Augustus month and day;at Ptolemais Euergetis of the Arsinoite nome. Herakleia acknowledges;] of Lysanios, of civil rank with his [husband?] as a gurdian;Antinoeus Athenaeus [to Koprea;with] his father Leonides acting as a gurdian[that Herakleia has ceded;according to the present agreement of homologia from her property located;around the village Theadelphia [of the Themistos' division of the same ;nome an olive yard of catoecic status [arouras;]an two reservoirs and [;] and two conduits and with the outflows and with the entrances and exits, their neighbours being;as dictated in agreement [;called [ apseltis], in the east [ and Herakleia who acknowledges has received;from Koprea all the agreed price, 950 drachmai and Herakleia guarantee to Koprea and her assigns the cession with every guarantee and she will provide it untouched, not liable to distraint and not mortgaged and free of all public duties, artaba-taxes, naubia, numeration taxes and land assigned to the village and and all the fines, from the former times up to the present year, as well as from private obligations and every claim whenever and nobody shall hinder Koprea and her cessionaries to have possesion of the in total x arourae and to gain the produce of them privately. If Herakleia transgress in any way something from the above stated, she will pay to Koprea the cession sum which she received from her with a surplus of 50% and a fine 950 drachmai more and to the Treasury the same amount. The acknowledgement is valid since the defined commision has be deposited.;
