I have let out to you . . . from the current 3rd year indiction18 1/2 arouras or [however many they must be. . . ]of land with cereal on the field called Paromrakote, on the condition that you . . . and that you carry all the surplus that is derived . . . as rent for the annual lease of four artabas of wheat per aroura, in total 74 artabas of wheat per year, which you will deliver to me annually according to the public measure . . . completely and I will give you a receipt.
