APIS Translation (English)
Eukles to Zenon greeting. You will do me a favor by giving the 20 jars of ordinary wine, about which I have often reminded you, to my servant, Moschion. As soon as I meet you I will pay you the price. Regarding the money about which you commissioned me, those who have the most days(in which to pay) ask me to give them an extension of ten days while they are mowing. As soon as they furnish it, I will make an advance payment to you if you have need of it. Good-bye. Year 6, Thoth 15. [Verso:] [Docket:] Eukles regarding 20 jars of ordinary wine. Year 6. [Address:] To Zenon.
