APIS Translation (English)

Herakleides and Artemas and associates, apaitetai(?) of the six-drachmai tax upon donkeys of the city and harbor of the nome. We permit Herennius from Philadelphia of the Arsinoite nome to traffic in the nome [and we have received?] for the current 18th tear six drachmai 2 obols, total 6 drachmai 2 obols.
