- 2016-12-22T15:19:45-05:00 [james.cowey]: Finalized - Ready.
- 2016-12-15T07:10:19-05:00 [pheilpor]: Vote - AcceptText - Accept. Readings are sound and make sense. I get Broken Leiden+,
but I hope this can be fixed as suggested by Josh Sosin.
- 2016-12-12T11:01:43-05:00 [joshuad.sosin]: Vote - AcceptText - Accept. το is clear enough in the main fragment (see http://quod.lib.umich.edu/a/apis/x-1231).
in the new tiny fragment, τ and κ are plausible. Fix L+ for fragment a ===> <S=.grc<D=.a.fragment<=

dated to the third century A.D. After the restoration of papyrus during the APIS Project,
a piece from the same papyrus was detached from the back and assigned to the upper
part of the letter. It preserves the beginning of two more lines beginning with (see
http://quod.lib.umich.edu/a/apis/x-1231/c1_83r.tif): l. 1 τ[ l. 2 κ[ Then in l. 3
(l. 1 of ed. princ.) we can read in the beginning as το ̣[ In l. 6 (l. 4 of ed. princ.)
we read ἐὰν ἀμελήσῃς εἰ (l. ἢ) τί (instead of ἔστι). Cf. then for ll. 4-5 (of ed.
princ.) BL II 2, 50. Finally, l. 8 (l. 6 of ed. princ.) is actually two lines, divided
as: 8 ἡ ζήτησις πρὸς σε 9 γενήσεται. The letter ends with the date in l. 10 (l. 7
of ed. princ.).
