- 2023-11-07T04:11:31-05:00 [berkes.lajos]: Vote - AcceptText - fine
- 2023-09-29T01:00:04-04:00 [gclaytor]: Vote - AcceptText - The reasoning seems sound to me, but another pair of eyes more
familiar with these hands should weigh in. Note the question about the single diairesis.
- 2023-08-30T12:50:13-04:00 [matthias-stern]: Submit - L. 1 [ † ὑπατε]ίᾳ is a curious case where the supposed epsilon is in a lacuna
but you know it cannot have been there: one can see iota extending well beyond the
line, which is incompatible with -ει- from Ἀρσινοείτου in l. 4. This spelling ὑπατίᾳ
is the expected one in the Arsinoite nome (although it is only slightly more often
attested). ––– Beyond that, I cannot see anything on the photo that would justify
an “(unintelligible)” note in ll. 2 and 7 as is currently present. The app. crit.
of the ed. pr. and the photo suggest that we are dealing with a “single-dot diaeresis”
here; see now A. Papathomas, ZPE 226, 2023, 135–141. I changed that accordingly to
the regular diaeresis for the apparatus. Or can the PN display single-dot diaereseis?
