APIS Translation (English)

"Year 12 of Lucius Septimius Severus Pius Pertinax and Marcus Aurelius Antoninus Pius Augusti [(del.) and Publius Septimius Geta Caesar, venerableemperor]. Paid to Lukas and Penithes and colleagues, collectors of money taxes, for the village Kerkeesis by Heron, son of Amatios, former exegetes for the rental of dry pasture land on account fourty drachmas, total 40 dr(achmas), likewise further thirty-six dracmas, total 36 dr(achmas)."
