6 ‘of the … lot for the present 11th year (it is mutually agreed) as a result of Chares being given a consideration by Dionysia as regards the expenses of harvesting and sowing according to the prescribed share of cultivation. Chares is to guarantee fully to Dionysia and her assigns the prescribed share of cultivation, or is to pay to her as a private debt, as fine, five hundred drachmas of silver and the same amount to the royal treasury, and this cession is to be valid. Dionysia is to have the right of execution against both the person of Chares and all his property as if in virtue of legal action, according to their mutual agreement. Witnesses ….
