1 Aurelius Betil, Sohn des Isidôros und der Mutter Aeias, aus dem Dorf Philadelphia grüßt Aurelius Isas, Sohn des Amûlê, aus dem Aphroditopolitês.
6 Ich habe von Dir erhalten als den Pachtzins für meine halbe Arure, die Du beim selben Dorf Philadelphia bestellst, ein einhalb Artaben Weizen, 1 1/2 Artaben, und ich habe keinen weiteren Anspruch an Dich hinsichtlich meiner (Aruren), die Du im 8. Jahr und 6. Jahr bestellt hast, wie angegeben. Und auf Befragen habe ich zugestimmt.
17 Ich, Aurelius Sôkas, habe für ihn als Analphabeten geschrieben.

1 Aurelius Betil, son of Isidoros, mother Aeias, from the village of Philadelphia, to Aurelius Isas, son of Amoule from the Aphroditopolite nome, greetings.
6 I have received from you for rent in kind for the half aroura of mine near the same village of Philadelphia, which you farm, one and a half artabas, 1 ½ artabas, in full, and I have no claim against you, for that which you farmed for me for year 8 and 6, as aforesaid, and in answer to the formal question I gave my assent.
17 Aurelius Sokras, wrote on his behalf, because he is illiterate.
