Wir, die Aurelii Valerius Sabin[us] und Harpalos, Sohn des Sarapiôn, die 2, und die übrigen Sitologen des Dorfes Karanis, haben zugemessen bekommen im Speicher des oben erwähnten Dorfes mit dem gestrichenen staatlichen Maß epaiton vom Ertrag desselben Jahres 8 auf Neilos, Sohn des Tiborsei, für die Abgabe auf Staatsland für Karanis fünf einhalb Artaben Weizen, das sind 5 1/2 Artaben Weizen; am 30. ebenso auf denselben und (seinen) Genossen für die Abgabe auf Staatsland elf Artaben Weizen, das sind 11 Artaben Weizen; ebenso auf denselben für die (Abgabe der) katoikoi von Bakchias, (eingezahlt) durch die (Leute) aus Karanis, zwei einhalb Artaben Weizen, das sind 2 1/2 Artaben Weizen. Das das sind insgesamt 19 Artaben Weizen.

We, the Aurelii, Valerius, son of Sabeinos, and Harpalos, son of Sarapion, we two, and the remaining sitologoi of the village of Karanis, have had measured to us at the granary of the above mentioned village by levelled public measure epaiton from the produce of the same year with respect to Neilos, son of Tiborsei for the dues on state land for Karanis five and a half artabas of wheat = 5 1/2 artabas of wheat. On the 30th likewise with respect to the same person and associates for dues on state land eleven artabas of wheat = 11 artabas of wheat. Likewise with respect to the same person for the dues on katoikoi of Bacchias (paid) through those (the cultivators) of Karanis two and a half artabas of wheat = 2 1/2 artabas of wheat = 19 artabas of wheat it total.
