Ἀχοάπει. τοῦ Ἀλκέτου \τῶν ἀπὸ τῆς [Ἀ]σίας/ αἰχμαλ[ώ]των κλ(ήρου)
τοῦ ἀνειλημμένου εἰς τὸ βα(σιλικὸν) μετὰ τὸν σπόρον τοῦ δ (ἔτους)
5περὶ Ψιναρψενῆσιν ἀνενήνοχεν ἐφʼ ἡμᾶς
Ἀπολλώνιος ὁ συγγραφοφύ(λαξ) συγγραφὴν ἣν ἔφη
συγγεγράφθαι Ἀλκέταν πρὸς Ἡλιόδωρον τὸν
γ[ε]ωργὸν τοῦ κλήρου ἐκφορίου τακτοῦ πυρῶν
(ἀρταβῶν) λ̣ καὶ κε[χει]ρογραφήκασι τὸν εἰθισμένον
10ὅρκον τοσούτου μεμισθῶσθαι. ἀπομετρηθήτω οὖν
[εἰς τὸ β]ασιλικὸν τὸ προγεγραμμένον ἐκφόριον.

HGV 7559 Translation (Italian) [xml]

1  Dunque, che il suddetto canone d'affitto sia versato a favore del tesoro reale. Ad Achoapis. (Riguardo) al kleros di Alketes, uno dei prigionieri di guerra provenienti dall'Asia, (situato) nei pressi di Psinharpsenesis, che è stato confiscato a favore del tesoro reale dopo la semina del IV anno, 4  Apollonios, il custode del contratto, ci ha consegnato un contratto, che, egli ci ha detto, Alketes aveva stipulato con Heliodoros, l'affittuario del kleros, ad un canone d'affitto fisso di 30 artabe di grano, ed essi hanno sottoscritto l'usuale giuramento che (il kleros) era stato affittato per questa cifra. 10  Dunque, che il suddetto canone d'affitto sia versato a favore del tesoro reale.
