Condition | Dark brown papyrus; broken off at the left side; it has the top, right and lower margins; the lower margin as large as of 13.5 cm. The papyrus has some holes as a result of few horizontal folds and one vertical fold. There is a dark blot of dirt at the middle to the left side. |

Hands | Written along the fibers in medium-sized cursive letters with ligatures. The hand is neat and characteristic of the 5th century; phi is formed with a big circle with a long curved stroke invades the upper and lower interlinear spaces; oval big theta with a vertex and semi-central short horizontal stroke. The scribe used a short diagonal stroke as a sign of abbreviation (e.g. line 9). Verso is blank. |
