APIS Translation (English)

To . . ., village secretary of Psenyris, from Papontos, son of Paseis the son of Papontos, his mother being Apia, from the village of Psenyris. My son Papeeus, whose mother is . . ., a minor, registered in the aforesaid village, died in the month Epeiph of the present 10th year of Hadrian Caesar the lord. Therefore I make this report that he may be entered in the register of those who have died.
