Flavius Paulus, defensor of the citizens of Antaeopolis, to the most admirable protocometae of the village of Aphrodite. I have received from you and been paid in full from the synetheiai which are being given to me in accordance with custom, on account of your village, two gold solidi minus 4 carats by the goldsmith's standard for the canon of the 2nd indiction. And as surety I have given you this receipt as set out above. Flavius Paulus the aforementioned defensor: the receipt is agreeable to me, as set out above.
