Recto: To the head of the police station of the village ... from Aurelius Apollon, son of Ophellios, employed by Alypios, vir egregius and ducenarius. On the night before today, which is the 14th of the month Hathyr, some scoundrels, whom I do not know, came to the supply, which I have in the storehouse of the village of Narmouthis, and stole, from the storehouse, six artabas of wheat and white bread, which I had made for the honourable Artapates.
