(Translation: from P.Oxy. 10) To Valerius Firmus, praefect of Egypt, from Aurelia Maeciana of Side. I wish, my lord, to sail out by way of Pharos; I therefore beg you to write to the procurator of Pharos to allow me to leave, as is usual. Pachon 1. Farewell. (Latin endorsement.)
